Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
Once we review and verify the issue, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size or color selection made by the customer
Products that have been used, damaged by misuse, or altered after delivery
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made products
Refund Process
If your claim for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval, although your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
